Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:
- The customer provides a 360° video recording of the parcel opening, clearly showing the unopened package, order details, and the defect or damage in the product.
⚠️ Important:
- The video must be continuous and unedited from the time of parcel receipt to the identification of the defect.
- No refund request will be accepted without this complete video proof.
- Videos or photos taken after unboxing without full parcel opening footage will not be considered valid.
